Literally can't do it.
I did look back for older threads on the topic and found one. There was a musical explanation about how to tackle polyrhythms but that does me no good. There was a better tip by RTS that said to memorize the hand part and focus on the bass. That thread is also three years old so I was wondering if anyone else had any newer tips on how to do this.
Thanks _________________

Be awesome like Ringo, thats meh tip. And also focus on the bass pedal, its the same hi hat pattern as the previous middle eight (Bridge) so just focus on the bass and you should get it |

Musically speaking it's not that hard. I definitely didn't get it my first time, but around my third time through it I was able to get it down.
Play triplets with your right hand.
Then just play eighth notes on the bass drum.
Now play them together.
When you think you feel comfortable enough, play half note snares.
Really it just takes practice. Slow it down and I'm sure you can get it. Polyrhythms are a bitch, but it's the only one in the song and no other on-disc song has anything like it. The only problem is the tricky outro. _________________

Slow the section down to 70% and focus a lot on the bass pedaling pattern, it really makes a lot more sense than it looks at full speed. Then it really just comes down to muscle memory to execute it at 100% when it looks like a bunch of mumble jumble...Hope this helps. _________________

Stay ahead of the notes, early in the timing window. And generally your foot will try to play too slow, as it will tend to want to line up with the triplet hand beat, so maybe try to play the bass faster than you want. Unfortunately there's no easy answer, have to play triplets with your hand and 8ths with your foot. Good luck _________________

My tip is to first warm up with this:
And then add in the missing hi-hat notes. Really, I'm in the same position as you. I can't play it as is so I have to think about the supporting beat and add in the other notes to get it right. Somehow it works. _________________

Odd tip, but try bouncing your foot on the pedal. That's the only way I was able to hit when I FCed the song. It sustains your foot's rhythm and makes it easier to focus on the yellows. Alternatively, I guess you can try hitting the offset yellows with your left hand. _________________

My way of playing such beats is to think of the pattern bass followed by yellow as a single motion, similar to playing both at once, except you shift your position a bit so the foot land before the arm, even tho both are moving at the same time. You could rise your arm a little higher or not lift your foot as high. _________________
