Nowhere else to put this but since RBW goals are discussed here, it seemed most fitting.
I actually laughed a bit at the Oooby Dooby goal. I'm betting purchases of the song spiked when Blitz came out. I already had it due to SH leagues a while back, but was disappointed when it didn't count for the achievement. |

Then apparently everyone instead bought Johnny Cash songs (personally I like his music and wouldn't mind). _________________

Heads up on the reggae/ska goal: Come On Eilleen doesnt count even though it's listen in the genre. Being new they must have forgotten to add it to list. _________________

Well, I've needed an excuse to buy all of Texas Flood, The Stooges Pack and everything by Alice in Chains for a while, so this is a good start. Let's just hope the sale goes on for a bit longer so I can afford it all at once.
Still, 2/5 songs already owned in a set is an improvement over most of them. Hopefully next week will be "Shift Breaker's favourites" and will be worth 100,000 coins and the respect of all your peers. _________________

This week's one is songs that cross over across Dance Central and Rock Band. A bit of research has it narrowed down to these songs.
Quote: | Dance Central 1
"Drop It Like It's Hot" - Snoop Dogg
"Hella Good" - No Doubt
"Jungle Boogie" - Kool & the Gang
"Just Dance" - Lady Gaga
"Poker Face" - Lady Gaga
Dance Central 2
"Bad Romance" - Lady Gaga
"Born This Way" - Lady Gaga
"Bulletproof" - La Roux
"Grenade" - Bruno Mars
Dance Central 3
"Moves Like Jagger" - Maroon 5
"(Stronger) What Doesn't Kill You" - Kelly Clarkson
Dance Central 1
"Get Up (I Feel Like Being a) Sex Machine" - James Brown
"Paparazzi" - Lady Gaga |
So, to summarise...The Blitz soundtrack and Lady Gaga. The only one I own that isn't a part of that is Bulletproof so fingers crossed I can complete a scavenger challenge. _________________

Mainstream Top 40 (minus James Brown, obviously) scavenger challenge? Stoked to finally complete one of these. |

Chinese Democracy goal? I just played most of those songs recently
That album is Jackpot/Flame central btw. So that will be good for that kind of practice. _________________

Jack/Flame perfect, eh? That'd be awesome, but I might just pay it on RB3. Probably the most fun album I've played on guitar. Bought them all before the sale one by one and while I wish I'd just got the album (that way I could've bought more songs!) they're all fun enough that I don't mind. Just wish they'd been released in the RB3 era. So many keys and harmonies, it'd be perfect. Probably the best album to be stuck on RB3 IMO. Second maybe to The Who's Greatest Hits, if you'd call that an album. _________________

Yeah I would like a This I Love and Street of Dreams RB3 Versions. The album wasn't very popular sales wise so i doubt they will make RB3 versions. I hope we get some classic GNR though. November Rain would be awesome on keys and vocals _________________

Chinese Democracy is one of the most underrated albums ever. Due to Axl being a dick and taking 15 years to release it, no one was going to give it a chance no matter what, but I think its amazing and (gasp) its my favorite GNR album. _________________

I agree with you, I really do. It's also much better than Slash's album, I find. It was full of good songs, but it just...eh. Didn't do it for me as much. Oh yeah, here's the Dance Central crossover list.
Cobra Starship "You Make Me Feel..."
Kelly Clarkson "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)"
Kool and the Gang "Jungle Boogie"
La Roux "Bulletproof"
Lady Gaga "Bad Romance"
Lady Gaga "Born This Way"
Lady Gaga "Just Dance"
Lady Gaga "Poker Face"
Maroon 5 ft. Christina Aguilera "Moves Like Jagger"
I forgot that we had Cobra Starship in the game, and I'm entirely indifferent to that fact. Don't fancy getting it to complete a goal, though. _________________
