Not a big fan of Slayer, or metul in general, but I said "woah" out loud upon reading this. Impressive week.

Have fun, metalheads.

That video has just made my mind up for me - by charting the double-bass in the outro of Raining Blood, Harmonix just lost my points. I can barely pass that outro on HARD, let alone Expert+.

Ya, as someone who does have the bloody feet achievement that ending still looks notes on the Rock Band engine. Why on earth did they chart that when no one with one pedal can feasibly hit that?

Every chart looks notes.

Balls, this is why I should proofread when I type fast: *Nuts is what I meant for the record.

The pro upgrade for Raining Blood gives me hope that The Flood won't have forced whammy and actually be charted correctly.

Preview showed they charted the other guitar strumming under the whammy

Yeah, as I have just recently heard there is another guitar part charted. I'm alright with that, I guess.

Boo hoo different people have different opinions on different things. Don't need to be all antagonistic about it, I don't think I was when I posted my opinion in the last thread that you seem so mad about.

I don't think what he posted was antagonistic at all. Maybe a little smartass and hyperbolic, but it's not like he was insulting anybody for liking this week's DLC, or insulting HMX for putting it out.

He copypasted a couple posts (including mine) from last week's DLC thread to make some sort of point. He said as much in the Blitz thread.

Cool for the metalheads, particularly with Raining Blood as a bit of GH nostalgia. I'll pick it up as I always do with DLC, but this pack does nothing for me, as I don't particularly like Slayer.

Man, they should've picked South of Heaven for the pro guitar track, but who am I to complain? FUCKING SLAYER!

Looks like my switch to playing my DLC on Xbox was just in time. This pack will fit nicely with all the other heavy metal songs I have from the RBN.

That would've been cool if they did the Vader version of Raining Blood. It came up on Pandora a little earlier and it sounds even heavier than Slayer's version.

As much I hate playing Slayer on drums, I'll get it because it's SLAYER.
