Pretty tough call overall, but my decision is "I Me Mine." Why? Because even though the choruses are considerably more difficult than most things present in the game, the technique for them is just less advanced than Taxman's solo. Taxman has awkward, fast hooks that require the full line-up of fingers to work together for, while the chords in "I Me Mine" can be hit simply by sliding in the index-middle position.

I me Mine is easier. Yeah, it's chokable, but it requires less raw skill than Taxman.

Unfortunate I couldn't vote for it earlier today for #42, but my vote is for Taxman.

Revolution's solo 1 is, at least for me, the hardest section in the game. Not only that, but it has a very chokable second solo, so I think it's the hardest part. It took me a couple hours to FC. The only other song that took me near that long was I Am the Walrus (I really don't know why). I Me Mine took me 5 tries, Taxman was first try. I would've put Get Back at 43 on my own list for it's constant hard-ish patterns.

I think that I Me Mine's chord HO-POs aren't that bad, but there's no way that they aren't harder than Taxman's very patterned solo.

Also, I use solo buttons, so that might help me somewhat versus other people; I'm pretty sure I'm in the minority with that, but they really helped for Taxman.

Taxman was a sightread fc for me. It's just nothing that we haven't seen in a million other solos. I Me Mine took an hour or so of grinding. It's an engine thing that's harder to learn than Taxman's solo.

Taxman is easier.

I Me Mine is easier than Taxman. I tried for something like 4 months to reFC Taxman with a path but was unable, and I have no idea how I managed it the first time. I can FC I Me Mine in a few tries. There's no question in my mind that Taxman is the hardest FC in the game, and it's not even remotely close. People who are saying things like "I sightread FC'd Taxman" are in the wrong thread, IMO.
