Holy ass balls, that is an awesome deal! 20 minute onslaught FTW! And it's coming early too?! Happy Fucking New Year! Shit, I need to go play every Rush song currently in RB right now.
ATTENTION ALL PLANETS OF THE SOLAR FEDERATION! HARMONIX HAS ASSUMED CONTROL!
EDIT: Dude, I just watched the preview video. They charted the narrator to the main vocal line, and the priests to the harmony line! I love it! _________________

Damn. I knew we were getting 2112 but this Saturday and with an amazing deal? HMX you bastards. A year after RB3's release and you still manage to take my money. Well played.
Edit: Just saw Saturday is only for 360. Damn you Sony! I want my 2112! _________________

For people that have trouble understanding (I did at first):
[09:16:12] <Confury> you can only get the full 20 minute one if you get the 3-pack
[09:16:49] <Confury> the 3-pack (along with the full song) is 440 MSP
[09:17:28] <Confury> individually, it'd cost 480 MSP
[09:17:35] <Confury> and you wouldn't even get the full medley
Really happy about this obviously. |

Great DLC, and as it turns out, THIS is the last DLC of the year, so I figure what a way to end it, right?
I'm a little annoyed that I have to get the 3 split up tracks in order to get the big one, since I actually think that's the only version I'll play. But as far as parties go this is a good way to do it. Good on HMX, the only downside is no awesome 2112 venues like in GH. But I'd say this is worth the $5 Edit: Free pro upgrade? Nice!!!
I actually think "Presentation" is my favorite part of this song, so I'll probably just play the 2nd track the most now that I think of it. _________________

I was thinking the same thing, but when I think about how often I play the individual parts in GH6 I think I'll end up using the Overture/The Temple of Syrinx bit by itself often (I also play Grand Finale by itself often but I doubt I would play the last combined part just for Grand Finale).
Anyway, this is obviously awesome and I am very excited. _________________

I thought we were just getting the 3 seperate parts. Then I read it again.

Have we had a > 10 million score in RB yet? Because a 20-minute song with pro everything seems like a good chance to get there (although there are a few parts of the song where not too much is going on). _________________

If I wasn't on my way to O'Hare to fly to Finland, I'd be all over this shit. _________________

Absolutely epic. Cannot wait to play the medley.
I'll try to have scoretracking up Saturday morning for the 360ers. |

Unless the announcement changed since I last looked, it's only the European PS3 users who aren't getting it this Saturday. American PS3 users should be getting it this weekend too. |
