Definitely seems like a possibility. This wouldn't be the first time HMX leaked something out that was to be future DLC by accident (see RHCP pack). _________________

Why would the song/album be called "RUSH 2112" instead of just "2112"?
We'll see I guess. _________________

Love it. Theyre really taking down GH disc songs, with all of this album being on the WoR disc and next week's Stone Cold Crazy being on the GHM disc..also with the RHCP stuff it seems like Activision contracts are dropping like flies. |

My guess is they're doing with 2112 what they did with the Abbey Road Medley - offer it in parts and then the full version if you buy the lot. (Unless there's a song length limit?) I'm also guessing it's just the song, since there's no (ALBUM) after the pack name.
Either way, excited. It was fun as hell in GH:WoR - still not sure if I'd rather have 2112 Expert+ or 2112 Pro Drums though. _________________

the "RUSH 2112" thing is probably a placeholder. _________________

They better release the full 20 minute song as one song. I don't want to have to pay 1400 points if they split it in 7 like GHWoR did. _________________

On the flip side, I don't think it's really fair to expect to pay only $2 for a song that's almost as long as an entire album. I could definitely see them splitting it up but offering it as one song if you buy a pack (mentioned above) with all the parts, maybe for $10 or so.
Assuming it is just the song 2112 and not the entire album. |

Remember, the Who Superbowl S-Mashup is 16 minutes long, and it was sold for (someone correct me if I'm wrong) $1.
Regardless, I doubt that the fulll song would be $2, I would expect that they could sell it for, I dunno, $5? Or $10? Or like you said, as part of a pack. _________________

From what I remember reading the RBN docs, the time limit for a song is 30 minutes. |

On RBN docs? Because the time limit for a RBN song is 10 minutes. |

It would be pretty sweet if 2112 came out for DLC. I always love to see Rush come out for DLC.
But on a side note I took the game files from GH for 2112, combined them into one track and converted to something that could be played in rock band. Then I got the entire 20 minute track to play flawlessly in Rock Band. So if a custom works then they should be able to get it to work as DLC. _________________
