Ummm... what the hell? I mean, I thought the whole Infinity Ward Vs. Activision thing was stupid... but this brings stupidity to a whole new level.

Unless Viacom can show that they were significantly misled about sales data that led to the bonuses, I don't they deserve any money back.

I couldn't give a flying fuck if mummy and daddy fight, as long as it doesn't involve me. Since it's unlikely that I'll be called into the fray by either side, I'll be over here not caring.

Or, to put it another way: nobody here knows the full story and, even if we did, it's unlikely any of us would be qualified to speak on the matter with any authority, so as far as I can tell it's none of our business until it starts affecting us directly in terms of game and DLC releases.

Wow. This is about as bad of a publicity move as Viacom can get. Suing to get money back from shareholders won't go over well.
