Hey, I am the leader of a new and growing team called Team Horizon. If you want to see what was done/posted so far - http://www.youtube.com/user/xXTeamHorizonMMXI This is the team's channel.

As far as numbers go, we need an estimate of (for now anyway.):

4-8 - Guitarist/Bassists
2-4 - Drummers
2-4 - Vocalists

DLC Requirements - 300+ to start off. You must have at least RB1 exports plus any others that are available.

Communication - Skype/Xbox/Youtube.

Difficulty - Obviously Expert.

And some multis would be nice as well. Anyway, hope to see some people.
