Nice, does this mean they're starting to label songs that are specifically re-records? That would have been great for Last Resort and Jenny.

Hey, nice to see Cheap Trick wasn't off the cards after all.

If it's the same Live version that was used by the GH series, all should be well.

Sweet! I need to sing Dream Police like Apu.

Hopefully EMF's rerecord isn't too bad. I'll probably snag it all, but that's the only maybe.

Those were both original studio versions, just not "The" original studio versions. A better example would be Styx or Jimmy Buffett.

Not Surrender studio? Meh, I'll pick it up anyway. I'll have to listen to the others.

Great picks for Cheap Trick. Normally I hate Live versions, but if it's anything like the version that was in Band Hero, it'll probably be more fun to play and just as awesome to listen to. Dream Police is a great song too, I will probably buy it all.

Nice to have a week where we don't know what the DLC is ahead of time for once. Surprises are more fun. No more early reveals, HMX!

Couldn't have thought of a better Cheap Trick pack. Picking surrender as a live track is very much on the same train of thought as picking Strutter as a live track. The GHII covers were based on the live versions. Only, the vocals are better in this.

Anyway, definite get. But I currently only have a £10 left in my account...Will I have to put off getting Backspacer AGAIN?

Although, I could get the Yes Pack, too...Hmmmmmm.

Massive OH THAT SONG moment for Unbelievable for me, so that's an instabuy, as is Cheap Trick. Great week, all round.

Was wondering what the hell took them so goddamn long to get more Cheap Trick.

Thank God.

I'm assuming the Surrender track is off Budokan, which is closer to the GH2 version of the song than the studio track IIRC. Should be a good get.

Animations should include a stage falling on the band.

Eh... really gonna need videos. Lives usually aren't as good as studio, and HMX has a bad track record with lives, it's either poorly mixed or has charting issues (recent KISS lives on guitar, trill lanes are bad enough, don't use random strums!).

Yes, perfect three pack right here! This version of IWYTWM is the the most famous version of the song (this is the only version I've ever heard them play on the radio), so any normal complaining about live tracks (I've done it too) should definitely not apply to this track. I haven't heard this version of Surrender though, but if it's closer to the GH2 cover than the studio version was, then that's awesome too. And a studio Dream Police gives us one of the best from GH:A. I actually knew Unbelievable as well but it honestly doesn't interest me enough, but I'll check the chart just in case. Might be fun on drums.
