I'm surprised Deep Purple didn't get the pro guitar out of these 4 tracks. Fall Out Boy should be fun for those of you that didn't already have them in Guitar Hero, especially drums and vocals, but another week for me to save money I s'pose.
As an aside, promotional copywriters are always a hoot to me... "amazing", "unbelievable"! That Deep Purple song is pretty believable Though I'm sure it will be decently fun on all instruments _________________

Eww...
I might get TftM, but unless that Deep Purple song sounds as good as GuitarHailz says it is, it'll be a pass week for once. >.> _________________

OH MY GOD! You guys have no idea how big of a deal this DP track is. Child in Time is literally one of the most epic songs of all-time. There's a good chance that every instrument (other than bass maybe) could earn final tier. This is one of the first songs I ever dreamed of being in this game (this and Painkiller were the main two I had always wanted), and I always thought it would be an amazing song to close out RB4 with, as it was even in a wishlist post I made a few weeks ago (and claimed it could be the final vocals song). So any of you dismissing this week, don't do so until you've heard this song. Here's the link.
As for FOB I know they aren't everyone's thing, but these are actually the final three songs I wanted from them, so I'm pleased. The songs are catchy, and the drums will be fun, so it's an all-around win. Coinicidentally enough, Sugar, We're Going Down also happened to be in that wishlist post, but this one has a Pro upgrade, so it fits in more.
But seriously, check out Child in Time. You won't regret it. _________________

Though I will not be going anywhere near the FoB tracks, I loves me some Deep Purple...while Child in Time isn't the most 'accessible' track, those with patience (and vocal skills) will be most pleased to give it a try. _________________

Child in Time???? Hahaha that's awesome!
(Reminds me, heard the news this week that Jon Lord is fighting cancer. Sad, but I guess it gets most of us sooner or later). _________________

Child in Time is an amazing song, and I'll def be picking that up.
As for FOB, well, I don't like the band, but Dead on Arrival was fun on RB1, so idk. |

May pick up FOB eventualy but the fact that I already have two of those songs on-disc in GH makes it a low priority. TFTM is an awesome song though.
Will have to check out Child in Time, it's one of the few Purple hits that I don't know. _________________

Damn, I'm surprised they haven't put Grand Theft Autumn in. That song would be fun as all hell on drums. _________________

Meh, don't care about FOB what else is HOLY SHIT DEEP PURPLE! Wow, what the tits?! We get one DP song and they pick Child in Time?! That's fucking epic, but why the hell are we stopping at a single DP track?! Here's an idea: how about we upgrade the couple tracks we have a la Bon Jovi so I can finally play the gorram organ solo on Highway Star! Oh well, fuck yes on that one! EPIC SINGING IS EPIC! _________________
