Oh boy, it's a superlative! I wonder if HMX can top themselves next week. |
Technically, a superlative would identify the best DLC week yet. _________________

Ass is uncensored in Control. "Fuck," obviously, is censored. Oh well, I plan on singing it uncensored anyway. :P _________________

Wow... the guitar chart for Blurry actually looks really fun. I was going to hold off for a week or two, but it's an easy purchase now. _________________

Not sure I'm liking Harmonix tendency to chart the more popular songs for pro guitar over the more interesting ones on guitar. Blurry would be far more interesting than She Hates Me. |

Blurry is more popular than She Hates Me, at least among people I know. _________________

They're both pretty recognizable. I'd argue a LOT more people know She Hates Me by name, but just as many people would recognize the chorus of Blurry if they heard it.
Having said that, I have no issue with HMX doing protar for the most popular songs only. I think the majority of people with protar play it to help them get better at guitar, and learn fun songs they know and love (and would therefore love to know how to play). Also, it's in all our best interest for HMX to release protar upgrades for the most popular songs, because odds are that's the only way to sell enough upgrades for it to be worth it to HMX to keep making them. As they've stated, it takes about as much time to author one pro guitar track as it does to author all other instruments combined, so as much as it would be AWESOME to learn guitar on your favorite deep-album cut, it's just not worth the investment on HMX's end. |

I always remember "Blurry" because it's one of the first songs where I realized I could comfortably sing the whole thing in my "natural" vocal registers, without having to mangle my throat or route everything through my nasal cavity or what have you. This is a mildly dumb reason to like a song, but oh well, I'll live.

Old-school Sesame Street! Gratuitous YouTube link here. I noticed as well and concur, that was awesome. _________________

It's that newfangled disc with the high-pixel definition thing on it. Geez, get with the times.
Also, looks like I have to eat crow on the Control censoring. It's in there as the standard radio edit, ass and all. _________________
