Welcome to my Accomplishments thread for tracking Pro Keys progress! Below is a list of all Pro Keys songs in my library (on-disc, DLC, and RBN) and how far I've progressed on each - 4 stars, 5 stars, GS, or FC. All FC'd songs have links to picture proof included. Songs marked with a star (*) are those where I have the first recorded proven FC of the song, going by this thread tracking that data in the Keys forum.

I welcome any and all suggestions/requests as to which songs to tackle next, as well as interesting Pro Keys DLC to consider purchasing that I don't yet own. Thanks all!

I was just thinking after looking at the PRO-keys un-FCed thread, why doesn't Voltgloss have an acomplishment thread by now? Next thing I do is come in here and here you are with a thread and 100 FCs! You're doing an amazing job on the keys and I'd like to request some Billy Joel FCs/GSs if not all of them. Good luck!!!

Ever since watching the S12 PK leagues I've been waiting for this thread

How close are you to finishing off the Bon Jovi pack? I know it says gold/5* for the two songs you're missing but those aren't always the best indicators of how close someone is to an FC.

So the king of Pro Keys finally decides to make an accomps thread? Welcome! Needless to say, the sheer quantity (and quality) of keys FCs you have so far is ridiculous.

Needless to say, I am highly interested in where you're gonna go from here. I'm curious to see if the Andromeda songs will be available for PS3 - just as a chance to see how the best of the best can handle it. I honestly can not fathom how a human player could pass some of those songs. I'm also just blown away that you were able to 5* Crippled Inside. Just, wow.

Did you have any plans to capture any of these magical runs on video?

nice first post

you're definitely one of the best pro keys players, if not the best

you already have alot of really crazy FCs, but i'm sure you'll have plenty more to come

any plans to FC In A Big Country soon?

it's hard, but it seems easier than some of your better FCs so far

I did quickplay with Voltgloss once where he was on pro keys and I was drumming. I picked Crippled Inside as revenge for him putting it in the DLC league and he sailed right through. Kind of hard to play my chart when I'm watching his.

FC #101: In a Big Country!

RockerSVK's having FC'd this, and megallica's comment, led me to finally grind this one out - hadn't touched in quite some time. For those curious (cough blingdomepiece cough), I play the chord sections all one-handed by "framing" my hand in such a way as to cover all four or five notes of each chord sequence. So I'm not moving my hand except to switch between sequences - instead, I'm playing each quick chord within a sequence using a different pair of fingers.

And in reply to spectators' responses (and I was not expecting to see so many in such a short span of time!):

@xGaberadex: Thank you for your kind words! And yes, the Billy Joel songs are high on my list of FC/GS targets. I was surprised when compiling my initial post that I have so many Billy Joel songs left to FC - a few of them I'm quite close (for Say Goodbye to Hollywood, for example, I have a 100% overhit). You can expect some Billy Joel goodness in my next update, most likely.

@TimEbaysball: Thanks! And as for the delay in setting this up... well, I was hoping to have a nice line-up of results for my opening post. Looks like the general consensus is that I do.

@xemhanort: Since 1st grade. I won't deny that the training has definitely helped.

@Steadysphere: I appreciate it, but I don't know about my being the "best." Several folks have higher total scores than me (like viukkis and vizsla07), others have higher on-disc total scoes (like sycocoaster and wuLFe), and still others have FC'd very impressive songs that I haven't (like Cassiopa and RockerSVK). That said, I am very pleased to be among such distinguished company.

@s2kmatt: The last two Bon Jovi songs are going to be fairly tough FC's - much trickier than Runaway, despite its being higher tiered. Bad Medicine has a lot of glissandos and a few tricky grace notes, and WDoA has grace notes ALL throughout it. I'll be working on them of course, but I don't expect those FCs until I've really trained both songs. Most likely I'll go for the GS on WDoA first, so I can at least have the full-pack GS.

@HyadesD4: Thanks very much! And I refer you to my reply to Steadysphere about the "king" moniker - we're more of a royal court of equals in the Pro Keys world, I'd say.

@googleimage: I've not yet looked at any of the RBN songs, though of course I've heard the horror stories. If there's interest among the spectators to see me tackle some of those, I'll certainly consider it. As for Crippled Inside, yeah, it's ridiculous, but viukkis's score is way higher than mine - he's better at trills than I am. Finally, I don't currently have plans (or hardware) to capture runs on video, but if there's sufficient interest I'll look into it (and if those who regularly record runs have any technical suggestions about doing so, I'd greatly appreciate it)!

@megallica: Thank you for your kind words - and your suggestion as to what to FC next. As you can see, I took you up on it. Nice that our recommendations were reciprocally useful

@blingdomepiece: Ha, I suspected you were out for some revenge then - 'twas great fun anyway

Cool. I've figured out the one kind of obvious sequence (B to B: it's a 4-note octave chord and you just keep switching the fingers) but I haven't figured out what to do for the closer-together stuff. This may inspire me to get back to it.

Good job on In a Big Country I am now trying to FC 20th Century Boy... I already FCd the crazy (and only hard part in this song) outro in practice mode, now it's just to FC whole song

Because Gabe requested some Billy Joel...
FC #102: Say Goodbye to Hollywood!

@blingdomepiece: If the "closer-together stuff" is the chord sequence I think you're thinking of - a sequence that alternates between white key pairs and black key pairs - I play that using this fingering pattern: 35, 24, 13, 35, 24, 13, 24. You have to move your hand in far enough to the keys to play the black note pairs without shifting your hand position around.

@xGaberadex: Yeah, 60 is going to require I FC a song that's never been FC'd before... either Llama, Free Bird, Smoke on the Water, or (shudder) Roundabout. But hey, I am still the only member of the Fly Like an Eagle FC Club (as far as I know), so I'm not letting that stop me

@RockerSVK: I'd have further progress on 20th Century Boy if I didn't find the song just plain annoying. Sooner or later I'll have to bite the bullet and learn that damn "Space Jam" though...
