Quote: | Hey gang,
As some of you may have seen, we teased some of the May DLC in a recent article on Game Informer to a hugely positive response! We revealed upcoming DLC from the Foo Fighters, Lady Gaga and Ozzy Osbourne, though you'll likely see a few other surprises in the mix (like tracks from Lordi and Run-DMC!).
Here's the first look at the specific Foo Fighters tracks coming out next week, some of the most requested songs we've seen on the forums as of late! Enjoy!
Available on Xbox 360 and Wii (May 10) and PlayStation®3 system (May 19):
• Foo Fighters – “Long Road to Ruin”
• Foo Fighters – “Rope” X
• Foo Fighters – “Stacked Actors”
• Foo Fighters – “Walk”
• Lordi – “Hard Rock Hallelujah”
• Run-DMC – “King of Rock”
Pro Guitar Additions for Legacy Songs
• Foo Fighters – “Monkey Wrench”
• Foo Fighters – “The Pretender”
(These tracks will be available in Europe on PlayStation®3 system May 18)
These tracks will be available for purchase as “Foo Fighters Pack 04” and as individual tracks on Xbox 360, PlayStation®3 system and Wii. Tracks marked with “X” will include Pro Guitar and Pro Bass expansions for $0.99 per song.
Price:
$1.99 USD, £.99 UK, €1.49 EU (160 Microsoft Points) per song
$2.00 USD (200 Wii Points™) per song
$0.99 USD (100 Wii Points/80 Microsoft Points), £0.59 UK, €0.79 EU per song for eligible Pro Guitar/Pro Bass upgrade
$6.99, £3.49 UK, €5.29 EU (560 Microsoft Points, 700 Wii Points) for Foo Fighters Pack 04
** Dates for Rock Band game tracks are tentative and subject to change. ** |

Very surprised by these Foo Fighter picks and very happy. I still want White Limo but this is in no way a bad week. _________________

RUN-DMC. AWESOME. I do wish Walk This Way was possible, but I'll take any rap I can get.
I'll be buying the Foos songs just so I maintain having them all, plus I'm sure they'll be fun like the rest. |

Holy s- ! LORDI ! The best Eurovision song ever !
And the foo pack is great. Maybe it would be better to chose Arlandria instead of Walk... _________________

Run DMC is the winner of the week for me.
I like the Foo picks, though still a few not there that I'd like to see. |

Cool to see some more Pro-Legacy upgrades. Hopefully this will become a bit of the norm, getting upgrades related to the current release.
Like the Foo picks, but what do HMX have against Big Me? Oh well, Long Road to Ruin makes up for it.
Finally, how about a Eurovision pack in the future (heck, Eurovision is two weeks away). Some ABBA and Bucks Fizz perhaps?
EDIT: Oh, Eurovision is a little earlier this year (the 14th). I guess this is no coincidence then. >_>

Ill get any Foo's but im suprised by only 1 song being there from the new album. We got 2 more from the greatest hits album so why not give us that itunes exclusive Have a Cigar please, might the only way I ever get some PF. No Big Me or my fav Alone + Easy Target, but I think we will see more of them to promote more from the new album eventually
Lordi = no and Run DMC = Amazing!!!!!! _________________

We need the entire first Foos album. Especially Weenie Beenie and For All The Cows.
Not a fan of Walk, but Rope is fantastic. Surprised we didn't already have Long Road to Ruin, but hey, nice.
Good foos pack. |

King of Rock? My FAVOURITE GH:A song. Stacked Actors? (One of my) FAVOURITE GH:M songs.
Bit disappointed that we didn't get White Limo, or particularly Arlandria, but whatever. I'm pleased with this week. Quite so. _________________

Fantastic, Harmonix picked my favourite Foo Fighters song (LRTR) and my favourite two from Wasting Light. Add in my favourite Eurovision song and one of my favourite Run DMC songs and this is one helluva week. _________________

No White Limo or Arlandria makes me , but the Foos songs they did pick are all great (Rope is going to be FUN) and freaking KING OF ROCK holy crap. I'm excited for a Tuesday for the first time in a while and am very glad I finally picked up RB3. _________________
