Huzzah! I'm getting back to work on TTFAF, think my score from way back should be good for Blue Monday though.
I propose we have one more week at regular season before the playoffs, due to this extended hiatus. It would give those of us who don't play PRO Keys regularly time to get back into it, and time for the general competition to build up some momentum. Anyone else with me?

Just so I'm clear - are you suggesting we:
1) extend the current Round 4 by one more week (so the deadline is midnight June 11, after which playoffs would start); or
2) have a "regular season" Round 5, with a new set of songs, which would run from June 5 to June 11 (with playoffs starting afterwards)?
I can accommodate either, I just want to make sure I understand what's being requested.

Given that participation in the league involves money being spent, and it wasn't disclosed beforehand that people would be expected to purchase 5 weeks' worth of songs, I vote to keep it to 4 weeks of regular season. If you add a 5th week, then why not a 6th, or an 8th or a 20th? Better to stick with the expectations that were laid out from the get-go IMO.

I have totally forgot about this league, and i just read voltgloss' pm 1 hr before the deadline, so i guess i am out unless there is another solution.
It really does suck the psn outage had to be in the middle of this..

Riders on the Storm has not yet been FC'd.
You will note that I have made two changes from the original rules for playoff bracketing purposes, due to the extended PSN outage:
- The "must submit scores in Round Four" requirement has been waived.
- "Alternates" have been designated: the 5th place total scorer in each division. Alternates should submit scores for the applicable Playoff division song - if any playoff participant in their division does NOT submit a score for the first Playoff round, the alternate will be substituted in as "fourth seed" and all other score-submitting participants will be bumped up a seed.

Those week 4 songs were murder. The Stranger not devil-tiered? wtf? Total Eclipse wasn't so much crazy hard as it was combo-destroying.
Opening round song is a good one.

Lmao, medium for the fucking win. I guess I didn't need to grind this for hours, did I? xP Very glad to get that elusive first place to catapult me from no scores submitted into the 3 seed.

Just wanted to clarify; does this mean that if, theoretically, Iggy does not submit, that machete becomes the #1 seed and I become the #2 seed, putting me up against TGro? That format seems a little confusing but I think it does make sense. It's different from how official leagues handle alternates, so I wanted to check that I have it straight.

Don't worry, I'm doing just as poorly. I've hit I think 6/7 sections in the expert trainer but I just have no semblance of consistency on them. 
I think this song is a case where the entire song is much more difficult than the sum of its parts.

I am fine with either solution. I welcome other participants' thoughts on the subject.
The "final round" song planned for the Open Division is Modern Love (David Bowie).

Congrats mrexley. I was happy to get comfortably above the 5-star mark, but there was no way I'd be able to keep pace with you on Riders. Best of luck to the finalists, and thanks to Voltgloss for running this.
