stay loose, get gum rubber pads, are the only two things I can think of.
My arm is also pretty exhausted at the end of the GGaHT blue line special. |

It's difficult with the low rebound of the RB drums, but try using "upstrokes" (NoPance might need to correct me on my terminology, I'm not thoroughly trained ). Basically, hit the pad while moving your wrist and arm upward. It takes less effort than bringing your hand or wrist up and then back down again. It usually help if you bring your wrist back down for a strong down beat on either the next quarter-note downbeat or eighth-note downbeat. I'm probably not explaining myself very well. :/ It's essentially just like most other stick techniques: use the natural rebound and motion of the drumstick to conserve energy. That's another reason disquette suggested getting gum rubber pads, they increase the stick's rebound.
