Also I still haven't done any scores this week due to other stuff but I'm pretty much guaranteed to make playoffs anyway so I'm probably going to end up half-assing it pretty bad.

I might have to just Hard everything this week, I just didn't have time to do anything. This entire league has been me desperately trying to find a spare moment to do pro keys songs and I don't think I ended up doing nearly as well as I could have, overall. Kind of frustrating, but I'm the one who chose to do something like six different part-time jobs.

Well this sucks. The disc drive on my XBox went out yetserday

I have one OK score, one very good score, and NO SCORE on the other two.

I'll most likely have my drive fixed or replaced soon, though, so I'm still in for next week.

I re-FCed Rock Lobster, had a -1 GS run on Yoshimi (bringing it up from a 4*), and got both Killing Moon and Sister Christian from 4* to 5*... unfortunately my best Killing Moon score on Expert was still 3-4K off the Hard score I got while fooling around so all that time was wasted from a league perspective (less so from an improvement perspective).

I believe my score on Rock Lobster (184.7K) was a new record, but I'm pretty sure there's at least one more squeeze (on a two note chord) that I never got. It's an easy song to FC, but the correct path is a bitch to hit correctly. I'll post my path once I can get my XBox fixed and play through it again...

Well, I pretty much threw in the towel this week. I did all my scores between 1135 and midnight, lol, but I knew I was pretty much out of playoff contention anyway. I was hoping that over the weeks of leagues I would be able to improve up to the level of those of you in the top ~10 and be able to play most songs on Expert, but it just didn't quite work out that way, and being in two other leagues severely limited my playing time.

Nevertheless, this has been a fun league, and good luck to everyone in the playoffs! I'll probably still play this upcoming song as an alternate, but even if somebody submits and I get in, I'll get clocked in the actual match, lol.

Scores are up!

Well done on Rock Lobster, malictus. I share googleimage's interest in hearing your path. I'm wondering if we all used the same path, with malictus just having the EPIC SQUEEZING skills to eke out one more note from it.

As may be expected, finally FC'ing Sister Christian was the highlight of the week for me.

Very good week for me.

Rock Lobster: I guess I found the good path, but I'm bad at squeezing and whammying so I ended up with 183.8k.
Yoshimi: Got the FC after several hours of strugging and grinding. In the third chorus I was focusing on not choking instead of maximizing my score, but I'm satisfied with 136k.
The killing moon: Never thought I would manage to FC this, but I actually did it. My path in the ending probably sucked. I needed both hands for the chords, so I couldn't whammy. Score was 408k.
Sister Christian: Satisfied with 5* and 249k. I never managed to master verse 1 and 2.

Oh, and I would also be interested in a keyboard rivalry after the league is done. Unfortunately, I have very little DLC (only two songs with keys).

EDIT: D'oh, didn't notice that the scores were up. No reason to repeat them here, really.
