The Green Day DLC packs, as well as a number Pearl Jam songs on both Backspacer and Ten. That's it for now.

"gay" and "rape". You keep on using those words. I do not think they mean what you think they mean.

When I got GHWoR at midnight the guy behind me was there to buy a copy of Iron Man 2 on Blu Ray and midnight. Buying a movie at midnight release? Wow, so I didn't feel like the biggest loser

Citation needed. I'm looking right at the DLC .mid files and they don't have harmonies in them. There also aren't update files on the disc for those songs. You're going to have to take a screenshot of actually playing with harmonies for me to believe you. The track list won't be enough because supposedly that's glitched for some songs.

I don't see them in RB3 on PS3. Where are you seeing harmonies on these songs?

You just answered your own question. Anything before actual release day can't be trusted 100%, because they can always patch it (and AFAIK there is already a patch out?).
