The plan is if Ziltoid and Addicted do well to bring all of Devin's material to Rock Band Network.

Yes that includes the Strapping Young Lad albums.

Devin will be reviewing things after each album has been completed, and he'll decide if he wants to continue releasing albums on the service then.

The early plan (and of course plans change as you are all aware), that the third album to be released (IF Ziltoid and Addicted sell well), will be The New Black by Strapping Young Lad.

Of course Devin might change his mind, sales might not be high, or any number of things that could change this. BUT if the stars align and things go right, then that is the third album you can expect later next year.

Also just wanted to let you all know that the first Ziltoid track (ZTO) will enter testing very shortly.

Devin really outdid himself with the Rock Band exclusive version of ZTO.

Everything from making your characters fart, to your onscreen characters being taken over by Ziltoid and proclaiming they like to eat poop, screams and pyrotechnics.

Not to mention Ziltoid belittling you (the player) and Rock Band in general.

I was blown away by how out of the box this track is, and we hope you guys are going to get a big kick out of it when it releases!

We're still tweaking the 'freak out' sections at the end of ZTO when Ziltoid takes over Rock Band.

We're entering into uncharted territory with some of the things we're attempting from a character/venue animation standpoint so it's a learning process.

We will post up work in progress videos soon.

Oh my god City needs to happen. I was going to buy all of Devin's songs anyway, but this just cements that I'm not going to skip out on any tracks. I'll gladly buy a less interesting track for the chance to play All Hail the New Flesh or Detox.
