One question that seems obvious to ask, has it all been worth the bother? Are the Labels happy? Are the Authors happy? |

I am intrigued. |
I was gonna joke that House doesn't play music, but he does, and apparently he appeared on a Meat Loaf album.
This is totally irrelevant, but now I'm intrigued by that.

Some are, some aren't. Depends where their expectations are. It's pretty safe to say, if you see a lot of songs from a band, they're probably happy. And if authors keep doing it, they're either happy or crazy, and.... actually you're about 50/50 on that with this crowd. |

It's probably German Oompah stuff.
Well, either that or some kind of trance/electro stuff or something like MSI, which would be awesome. _________________

My guess is Anamanaguchi.

Wrong author. Not that Fairwood's NOT trying to corner the market on awesome chiptune tracks, though. _________________

I know what you meant. The joke was right there though. :P
I did actually try to court Deadmau5 a while back, and a few others in the general techno realm, but I haven't had much luck. Partly because I don't really know many artists.
Also I don't really like being a tease, I just can't name them yet. Believe me, I'd love to upload the file and put out the press release now but I can't. |

Did you try Daft Punk? Yeah, a stretch, but if Smashing Pumpkins expressed interest in RBN, surely Daft Punk can be helped <_< _________________

I'm probably the only person really looking forward to the vocals on Real. Maybe because I suck too much to be able to beat the guitar part, and (mostly) talkie songs like these are so much fun to improv.
I'd love to be a guest on this podcast at some point. We've had a lot going on recently at Chart Toppers Authoring, so it'd be fun talking about some of that. |
