I saw this and actually said out loud, "What?". My second reaction was, "What no Gin and Juice?".

Nah it's a weird mix of unlabled rerecords for clean(er) but still censored lyrics and randomly added guitars.

Unlabeled?

the entire thing is labeled as "snoop dogg rock band mix" and/or "snoop dogg rock band rerecords"

Also I thought the pack was pretty cool. Drums weren't the most fun but they had their moments, and although I've yet to play guitar, it sounds like it should be at least interesting on a lot of the tracks, if not super challenging.

Yeah I was wrong, none of the videos I had seen up to that point had highlighted that those were the 'albums' that the tracks were off. So it means HMXHenry or whoever was wrong that these are original master recordings.

Censorship, wow Harmonix/whoever ultimately determines the changes in the songs/censorship. I didn't know you were a bunch of pussies.

There's nothing wrong with saying NACHOS when it's not be used as a racial slur. You would think the games rated E for Everyone. What eight year old hasnt learned the word NACHOS in school and it's not even being used innaporpriately either. It would be like censoring/adjusting fool or buddy.

And ho is censored too? Are you shitting me? Bitch is taken out, funny I thought I heard that in songs before. But wow, I didn't know ho was a terrible word. Hurry we better make sure the youth of America don't hear it.

At least they added good guitar, one redeeming factor for the pack.

And to think we thought Harmonix was getting more lenient.

Harmonix always uses the radio edits of songs when they can get them, and being that those words are censored are on the radio, they're censored in Rock Band as well.

And many people will still find the n-word offensive regardless of context, so I'd suggest not posting it.

I edited my post to be appropriate for all ages, but come on they teach children the word NACHOS in school, obviously its not an unspeakable word. It's gained a new definition at least common slang wise. As understood as it is that hot also means something popular instead of something just very warm its understood that people of black descent call eachother NACHOS.

And I've heard shit, ho, masturbate, and faggot (I think that last one) on the radio so obviously they're not that bad. God this brings me back to the PMRC days and Tipper Gore's attempt to rape people's constitutional rights. Scary days.

Oh shit I shouldn't have said God, atheists would be offended.

Oh wait little 4 year olds say it in the pledge of allegiance all the time.

I don't know which song you're talking about, but ho isn't censored in Drop It Like It's Hot (which, by the way, is hilarious in its RB form).

I think you're getting worked up over words that were OBVIOUSLY going to get censored. Besides, I do believe there's quit a few "taboo" things that might it through nonetheless. It's hard to take connotation or any political meaning away from a word, even in an innocent context and RB is hardly the platform to make any big statements about censorship.

That said, fill the words in yourself when you sing (you all should be singing "Sensual Seduction" as "Sexual Eruption") and enjoy this awesome pack for what it is.
