Well I recently tried using the static voice style thing, and I am actually doing better than I did with scrolling notes. It also helps me with the talky parts because it like tells you how long each word should be said, then again its just my opinion.

I like it for some songs. It helped me a lot when I was trying to break down "I Get By"

I tend to prefer using the static mode on songs I don't know the lyrics to all that well...the rest I usually use scrolling.
