Stuck on Foreplay/Long Time on Hard.. Any Help?

I cant beat foreplay/longtime on hard. I need help with the first part thats like red, green + bass especially. Any help?

The best thing to do is making sure when you hit those greens that have the bass drum with them is make sure that youre hitting both notes on time. When I first started I had trouble with it as well, turns out I was just out of sync. Good luck to you...I also suggest taking it to training at about 80% speed and get used to that.
