Does anyone know if my blue and yellow pads are already cracked a little if the gum rubber pads would help fix my pads since they seems to miss notes every once in a while ruining my streak. For the record I have EL drum models. And by fix I mean not drop the notes because obviously it won't fix the cracks . |

Just thought I would add my 2 cents. Long story short, my killing spree goes like this...
2 RB guitars
3 RB bass pedals
1 RB drum pad
I don't play RB lightly I guess. :X I don't need to show my 2 broken pedals but i'll just say one broke at the spring, the other broke at the "orange color". Here's some pics of the mod. I have broken both pedals, and I'm the lead guitarist of "our" band. Cheap mod, 5 bucks worth of machine bolts and nuts.
Both pedals propped up.
Pedal with bolts in.
High five, sexy time.
Doctor I think we have a fractured pedal. We can rebuild it, we can make it stronger.
If these break again i'd be surprised. Next I'm getting the double bass pedal mod made for me. |

Thanks, this helped a lot. I found some good tutorials from here and I found out what type of drum set I have... Turns out that I have the EL! |

www.edrums.info
Definitely worth mentioning. It has mesh drum heads, and a complete tutorial to set them up for rock band.
Also, my first post in like a month >_> damn you internets.
E: Spelt definitely correctly this time :P! _________________

Killing spree continues. No longer is it 1 pad, its 4 pads total between 2 sets. Man these drums are POS's. Customer support is crappy too. Be sure if you live in Missouri to tell them that the abbreviation for your state is MO, they have messed up the last 3 replacements because they entered MI and tried sending it to Michigan...URGH!!! |

HAHA that is awful that they send the pads to Michigan. Awful but hilarious.
Would it be possible when the list is updated to add our replacement sensors and rigid drum head development information? A link to our site so people can find our blog would be great. We are always looking for more feedback. www.rockingrepair.com
We would be very appreciative.

Could I ask you to put my EL penny mod in here? If you need the link, just check my sig. It'd be greatly appreciated, as many people have said it's helped out their kit a lot, and it's not like the QM penny mod. _________________

Is there a guide on how to remove the yellow and blue pads on an EL set? |
