Not bad picks, but nothing that made me freak out like some of the releases in October.
Definitely grabbing the Foo pack, probably grabbing the Nirvana pack, and the Joan Jett song doesn't ring a bell by name (though my mother loves Joan Jett so I have no doubt I've heard the song at some point in my life). |

Finally, people will be quiet about these two songs.
No Low or Big Me though. : (
Good week, Foos pack is awesome, though I can't really get excited about Nirvana.

Woo, love me some more Foo! And great song choices, now I just need Breakout from LRB and Long Road to Ruin. I'm always a bit meh with Nirvana, but I'll check em out.
Also, random Joan Jett song is random. |

Very "Eh." week. Getting "The Pretender" is nice but can only do a so much. And not getting the rest of the Nevermind tracks will be sour for some people. RB:U fans will probably like those two songs though.
Was anyone else expecting we got Lady Gaga? _________________

So that's every Foos song that's been on GH that's on Rock Band now. And also 25 Foo Fighters songs total. Pearl Jam are currently winning though, with 26 and another big pack on the way. _________________

I'm fairly certain that we're approaching a Dave Groal singularity where we somehow get more Dave Groal songs in Rockband then actually exist. Upon playing the final song you are transported to a state of Nirvana and attain spiritual oneness with Dave Groals beard. |

Something just got THE BEST THE BEST THE BEST of me, Seriously can't wait to rip up The Best Of You, The Pretender and Wheels, Isn't Word Forward the other new Fooeys song?
And is anyone else curious if they are going to put "The Pretender" and "Best Of You" down as songs from the "Greatest Hits" album _________________

Youtube links added to the OP.
I have to disagree with Func - the highlight of this week is the Nirvana tracks, because these are the BEST 3 songs off of Bleach, which blow everything from Nevermind out of the water. I mean, listen to that intro on Blew and tell me that isn't a level of beautiful rawness that is sorely missing from Nevermind. Smells Like Teen Spirit = ugh. |
