Do you have to pre-register, or can you sign up at the door? I am thinking about this, but it is a bit of a drive for me so I'm not sure yet. _________________

I could have swore I had the payout section on there. I will have to add that. Anyway yes there is indeed a prize. Right now we are going to do a 60/30/10 split of the prize pot. |

Lol I better make sure I'm free for this one, and since you posted this on SH....I might have to train.
Also, I'm assuming this is for Rock Band 2?

Yes it is for Rockband 2.
I would like to get at least 10 teams. In order to do that I have to advertise to competitive guitar hero/rockband site.
Not only should you start practiving you should look to forming a team as well. |

Interesting... Live in frederick, my GPS says a 32 min drive to the actual place. I am trying to assemble a team with TheDailyIsraeli and his brother. Quick question, how will this tournament be scored? Does a Band vs Band mean that one band will go up and score the best they can, then the other band trys to beat it and we do this till on band wins 2 out of 3? Then it moves on with a bracket? _________________

will this include any DLC or RB1 import songs, or is it just the 84 songs on disk?
also, what happens if a band (or both bands) fails the song that's picked? _________________

We do have 1 system that has a good amount of DLC on it. I don't know if we have any with rockband imports or not.
As far as the tournament goes DLC and RB1 imports are fine to use as long as both parties agree to it. The 84 songs that come with the game are completely available, you don't have to ask the other team if it is alright to play them if it is your pick. |

The setup that I have currently is on PS2, so I don't have DLC or imports on mine :\ I might like to buy the PS3 version, but I don't have the cash right now.
I need a new bass pedal. Any suggestions on getting a cheap but reliable pedal? I think I've seen RB2 pedals on ebay for about $25. |

Less than 2 weeks to go. This is going to be big. Get hyped people. I am still hoping for 16 teams at least. There is going to be some good competition at this.
We will find out who is the best rockband team in MD/VA and maybe even who is the best lone player in MD/VA |
