Good week; a lot of fun stuff and good variety.

And Magic Bus is epic on Drums.

I need some points next week for Magic Bus. Other than that, a great week for PS3/360, and more back catalogue for Wii. We're almost done, right? Just a few 3-packs and BSSM?

So what's with the visuals on Clint Eastwood? One of the reviewers at rbdlc mentioned that playing this on vocals in performance mode is a necessity. I'm very interested in this one and can't check any youtube runs until after work.

Screaming for Vengeance also; the missing songs (according to Wikipedia) are: Working Man (cover) which we probably won't get, Promised Land, Charlene (still...), BSSM, Headphones On, Real World, Rockin' the Holidays 3-pack, Funk #49, Megasus, Entangled, Grateful Dead 02, Jan 20th singles (I Godsmack, Belly, Ghost Hounds, Mute Math, Rob Zombie), Precious, Feb 17th singles (2x White Zombie, Turbonegro), and today's DLC. Seems like it'll only be a few more weeks before the Wii is caught up!

Piece of My Heart reminds me a lot of "you oughta know" in that we all knew it would be amazing for vocals, but turns out it's not only decent on guitar, but fantastic on drums and bass.

I really enjoyed playing it on all fronts.

Actually, all the classic rock songs this week are great to play on just about every instrument.

Gorillaz are pretty much as we though: Easy and repetitive, but undeniably satisfying to play just because the songs are so cool.

Except Clint Eastwood on guitar. Those solos were actually kinda tough. Still badass though.

I don't think Magic Bus on drums is the match of Young Man Blues, but it is crazy tough. Especially with some of the crazy off beat bass in some of the later fills and stuff.

Clint Eastwood has one of the best "guitar" charts ever, and the singing drummer and inverted visuals are perfection.

okay. I just SR'd my most anticipated chart of this week, which was White Rabbit on bass.

maybe I'm wrong, but does anybody else think it's seriously mischarted?

in the main riff, there are 4 quick little strums on either the red or yellow fret.

Yet, in just about every cover video/tab I've seen, that bit is played as a 3-note hammer on sequence.

It was still super fun, but I'm just wondering who's right and who's wrong.
