Just opened Rock Band...

The Blue pad on my drum is completely unresponsive. I mean, I have to hit it as hard as I can to make it respond... Is this an easy fix, or is the drum pad just screwed and defective? Is it enough to ask for a replacement?

Try the penny mod and put one of the other drum's rubber detector thing in the blue. I had to do that for mine.
