Can't find the Top of the strat.

A buddy of mine just opened up his guitar and we couldn't find the very top of the strat, just wondering has this happened to anyone else? Or is there a super secret place where it would be hiding?

If you got the strap then the neck is in the same place, but its in a small, long cardboard box

no, there was no strap either, I got the box but there was nothing in it besides the mic thingy, and something else.

Yea man. my 360 one had the big general rockband box.
And in there on top was the guitar box.
open that and bubble wrapped guitar, and at the bottom/top depending i guess how you opened it, is another lil box and that has the directions, top and strap.
And Ive had 2 replacements sent to me, all 3 boxes identically laid out.
If not, looks like you got someones do not return to the store return.
