These tracks will be available for purchase as part of the “Spinal Tap Pack” and the “Evanescence Pack” or as individual tracks for Xbox 360 and PLAYSTATION 3 systems.
Price:
$1.99 (160 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360) per track and $5.49 (440 Microsoft Points) for "Evanescence Pack" and $6.99(560 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360) for “Spinal Tap Pack”
** Dates for Rock Band game tracks are tentative and subject to change **

Good to see Spinal Tap, although no Majesty of Rock is disappointing. Thanks to fUNC for the imeem links.

Evanescence? That's a band out of left field, never thought we'd see them on Rock Band. I like them, but I wouldn't have ever guessed we'd see them on the game. o_O
Picking up the two radio hits, due to the fact that I don't listen to the radio often enough to have them worn out for me. 
Also, no Tonight I'm Gonna Rock You Tonight? GH: SH also didn't get it. Maybe it's a masters issue? |

It seems that all of the Spinal Tap songs are from their upcoming 2009 release, so I'm guessing this is true.

You should see the amount of bashing that's going on in the official Rock Band forums.
"zomgz it's Rock Band not womanz bands lolzorz!!!! We has lotz of gurl songz already"
Then HMXHenry came in and said the ratio was not about 50/50 to female singers to male singers, it's about 90/10 male singers to female singers. These tracks are great for girls and guys alike who aren't too ashamed to swallow their pride and admit they like them if they actually like the tracks. |

Don't care about Spinal Tap, don't mind Evanescence but the only one of those songs I like is Bring Me To Life.
...all of which is a bit irrelevant 'cos I can't afford it anyway.

Evanescence? Really? Well, at least now I might have a chance to get into them since that one whineyass My Immortal song that I hate isn't in here...
And I'm relatively indifferent to Spinal Tap, but I'll give it a shot, though there are several weeks of backlog DLC I haven't bought yet that are of higher priority than both of these.
EDIT: Also, is it just me, or is HMX unaware of the fact that XBL is going to be down on Tuesday?

I'm almost certain Saucy Jack is from the movie. If I remember correctly one of the lyrics goes something like "You're a naught one, Mr Jack!" and the song is about Jack the Ripper. I'm probably just going insane though.
Anyway, hopefully like Motley Crue and Green Day this means we can get some older Spinal Tap at a later day. Big Bottom for the win!
