My ps3 mic keeps disconnecting. I know you need to have a controller connected, it's not that. I'll have the mic working but then every couple songs the mic disconnects and I have to unplug and plug it back in. Am I doing something to disconnect it? Or do I have a defective mic you think?

| sounds defective to me. with mine, i had to unplug the mic and plug it back in every time i turned the console on. everytime i turned the console on, it said there was no mic plugged in until i unplugged it and plugged it back in. i put in for a new one. |
