THE most broken drum pedal

I right now have 3 broken drumsets from EA so i cannot get a new pedal until i return those.

My pedal has officially cracked/severed from the rest of the pedal in five places:

1) right above the spring
2) 1/3 up the pedal
3) hinge at bottom
4) plastic flange sticking out on the bottom
5) middle of pedal base, right below the spring

Right now i am assuming they would tell me my pedal experienced undue hardship or too rough of playing, so i am not going to return it. It is held together right now with almost a roll of duct tape, a fork i flattened with a hammer, and zip ties (i drilled holes and tied the absolute bottom together with them). Anyone else have a more broken pedal that still works relatively well?
