I get an Empty Box!

I ordered express replacement for my defective strat. I recieve an empty box in the mial! What is this? At least get the replacment type right after you sell defective guitars!

Anyone else experience this?

I have not experienced such a thing. You should report to them and tell them they messed up bad if you received an empty box. Well, that's what I'd do anyway.

i was under the impression, they send you and empty box with prepaid shipping. you put your broken guitar in that, ship it back to them. then they send you another guitar when they receive the broken one.

well i ordered an express drum pedal (my THIRD one, these pieces of shit) on friday. i was happy to see that it was scheduled to arrive today (tuesday). of course when "it" arrives "it" is a giant empty box wanting me to send back my whole drum set. so i call and apparently it was a "shipping mixup because things are hectic in the warehouse." so now i am supposed to wait 3-5 days for a new pedal then send back my broken one (currently broken in two different places and held together by superglue, duct tape) in this gigantic box meant for a drum set.

Could be. I orderd drums one day. 5 days later a guitar.
then 4 days later a guitar comes.
then 3 days later drums and another guitar.
Id say complain in an email like I did.
On th ephone the guy made a good point,if you get 2 of something, they usually have same tracking # because the warehouse mixups.
So I sent back the ONE guitar I had ;)
Sucks though. One of the replacements works worse than the original I had.
I aim guitar straight up, shake it, bring down,t hen it triggers.
And I kept trying to 5* Are you gonna be my girl? for 4-5 tries.
I plug in my xplorer, first try.

Ah and just after a few emails of complaining about no pedal replacement in my drum kit box, and that its xmas and I cant afford a credcard hold they just said theyre sending me a free pedal.
Good play. the one I have has cracks on the side forming and I just did the electric tape cheap trick for now.

I think EA just screwed up this batch of express replacements. I also ordered an express replacement strat late last week, and today I got an empty box. At least two other people reported the same thing over at the official Xbox forums. Call them tomorrow I guess.
