Who: Anybody
What: Rock Band Tournament Presented by: Pi Sigma Epsilon
When: Sunday March 22nd, 5:30pm
Where: Student Union Flag Room on 2nd Floor
Why: Prizes, free food, people in costumes, FUN!

Format:
Game: Rock Band 2

System: Wii will be provided, however should you desire we will allow you to bring your own system and instruments.

Round 1: Each of the 25 bands will play 1 song of any difficulty they want. 10 lowest scoring bands will be eliminated, according to the score earned in gameplay divided by the song's duration.
Round 2: Each of the remaining 15 bands will play an additional (1) song of any difficulty they want. 10 lowest scoring bands will be eliminated, according to the score earned in gameplay divided by the songs' duration.
Round 3: Each of the remaining 5 bands will play an additional 3 songs of any difficulty they want. The top 3 bands will be ranked, according to the score earned in gameplay divided by the songs' duration.

Prizes:
1st Prize $160 Visa Check Card
2nd Prize Gift basket (estimated value $80) of various gift certificates from participating local sponsors such as Great Lakes printing, Zetti's pizza, the College Store bookstore, Hubie's, On the Rox liquors, and others!
3rd Prize Gift basket (estimated value $40) of various gift certificates from participating local sponsors such as Great Lakes printing, Zetti's pizza, the College Store bookstore, Hubie's, On the Rox liquors, and others!
* Best Band Costumes $80 Visa Check Card

* The best band costumes prize will be awarded to the band dressed in costume who looks the most 'like a band,' according to our judges. Note that 'like a band' is a loose interpretation an creativity is highly encouraged. Judges will select a band according to their costume, stage presence, and again; creativity.

Register to Compete:
To register to compete, you need to purchase a(n) 'Rock Band Tournament Admission' for each participating band member from one of the locations listed below, under the 'Tickets' heading.

Rules:
1. All band members must be registered prior to the start of the tournament, March 22nd at 5:30pm.
2. Bands cannot exceed 4 members total, but may consist of less.
3. Members can rotate instruments as desired.

Tickets:
Admission: $10.00 Less: $3.00 Off Coupon = $7.00
Tickets to compete in the tournament can be purchased at the Student Union Ticket Office, in 206L Jacobs Management Center, or Online using Google Checkout!
