The game might have an internal count so you can't do that. I'm going to get that achievement.
On the TV channel Logo at midnight on monday (as in sunday night to monday morning) they are showing a special NewNowNext Music: Beatles Rock Band edition!

Got the game today... only played one song, but this game is tight! So gorgeous! Even just the menus.
Everyone will be pleased to know that Quickplay shows your stars, score and difficulty level. On top of that shows a Friends Scoreboard right on this list and will tell you how you are doing against your friends when you play a song (something I've wanted since GH2 360). Also you can switch between Bass and Guitar scores with the blue button.
Also there is in game Achievements list which show your progress for each one which is very slick. |

As soon as I get it unlocked. Unless my math is off, there's only 43 in Quickplay right now. (Forgot that SGT Pepper and Little Help were together, so there's technically 44).

Started the story. Story mode is cool, you unlock photos as you play the songs (one for 3 stars, another for 5 stars). Each photo has text telling you a story about the photo. You unlock prizes with the photos (which appear to be movies).
I've also unlocked a Beatles Gamerpic already which is cool. So there's other things like that.... maybe Avatar prizes?

I tried to pre-order the game at 2 Gamestops today, for PS3.
Both were sold out. -_-;. Guess my next best bet is to just go to Walmart (Yes, my local WALMART is doing a midnight release!) and pray for the best...

While I do want to wait to get the game to see, I know my curiosity will get the best of me. Hopefully the supposed leak of the song is false, because I would be kinda disappointed if it was Hey Jude. |

Will Rock Band 1 instruments work with this game on the PS3? And to be more in-depth, here's what I have.
-PS3 Rock Band 1 Stock Set with RB2 Stand-Alone Pedal
-PS3 Les Paul
-PS3 Ant Commandos PS2 SG Adapter
-PS3 Rock Band 1 Microphone
-PS3 Rock Band 1 Strat
Can anybody shed some light?

The Adapter should work...I've yet to see a game where it doesn't.
Unless the recent PS3 update broke the adapter again.....

And with this I bid the Rockband board adieu until I get the game. Don't want to know what that final song is till it comes. |
