This is relevant to my interests.

Anyway, woo, 1000 total FCs! Never thought I'd make it here. I did a big shout-outs thing for my 500th bass FC so I won't go through that again, but you all know who you are anyway.

I wanted my 1000th FC to be Rapture, but I choke bass and that song is like 6 minutes long so I didn't feel like trying again. Anyway I'm probably not going to FC anything new for a little while, I go though periods of high activity and then get frustrated and just play hard songs to try to get better. So I may get some new FCs, but I won't really be intentionally going for them for at least a couple weeks or so. I might go for Miss Murder guitar though, I tried the strumming in practice and it's quite do-able.

1000th FC itself was Wilson (Live). I had a sightread -1 yesterday (wasn't paying attention during a break and dumbly missed) but the song itself is a little tough, very fun, and I somehow got first place without having a path at all, so that's cool.

StableOrb: Thanks, I'd like to get some more RHCP FCs but a few of them (Snow, Naked in the Rain) are beyond me and the others I just fuck up.

Gabe: I tried Inside The Fire again and fucked it up again. I need a little while to cool off before I try again.

Polar Bear: Un-disappear yourself. There once was a man named evan, he fced some things but I haven't seen him around for like weeks. kbye

Congrats on 1000 FCs

I find it really interesting you have almost double the amount of OP edits I have considering you've had your thread longer than I have.

WILLLLLLLSOOOONNNN

I'm glad I got to see the 1000th FC encore last night in band. At first I thought that you got it right there, but you didn't seem excited enough, lol.

Anyway, I see another pizza headed your way in the near future. Give me your address so I can mail it to you.

No new FCs, but I'll reply to replies.

hobo: Thanks, drumbro.

tim: I actually edit my OP and re-submit/save it every time I do anything. My presumption is that you (and most people) just put all the new stuff in with one edit, but my computer is right next to my TV so I just update my thread anytime I get a new FC. Thanks, Tenderbro.

terrorangie: Thanks, little ladybro.

shane: Thanks, eurobro.

dave: Yeah, Wilson is a good song, I've never really listened to Phish but I bought the Bonnaroo pack to get Coheed and Wolf Like Me. I might have to check out the newer Phish songs too. I've played Wilson 3 times and it's a little tricky on bass, but I've missed a total of 2 notes and that's just because I wasn't paying attention on sightread. Anyway I'll see you in June right? Hope you and teej are having fun with Portal. Thanks, pizzabro.

OH SO MUCH FUN

Way to go on 1000 FCs! Everyone knows of you big bass FC count, but having nearly 300 other miscellaneous FCs is pretty sweet considering how rarely you play other instruments. If you like, tried at all on guitar and vox I'm sure you could get another thousand Great going though, that banner is sexy.

"looks at op edit's"

1600+ holy shit!!!!!!! I have 250 and i've had my thread since April of 2008, and I thought I bumped mine a lot, lol.

On topic, way to go with the 1000 Brian. I'm so jelious of you and everyone who can keep up with the one thing for so long (I can't stay focus'd on one thing for like a week and then I move on).

Oh and more Drum FC's please!!!!!!!

Brian, I think you need to start a "Pizzas Purchased for bclare" leaderboard. I of course would be in 1st with 3 (including 1 LITERAL Pizza Purchase), but it would hopefully lead to some healthy competition in this underappreciated category (not to mention a ton of pizzas for you). Maybe we could even have a league if we build up enough interest.

I call dibs on what your first vox fc on rb3 should be...and that's going to be Portions for Foxes because it is too awesome.

This was from October. It wasn't my first FC, but I did some vox tonight and finally got this

Anyway, I've played a bit lately but I haven't really been going for FCs too much, mostly doing bqp and playing whatever songs I feel like. Got some FCs sightreading easier DLC that I've bought recently, including Johnny Cash pack all FCed on bass (all easy).

Randomness:
- 100%ed Viva La Gloria (Little Girl) on harmony vox, bclare-style (one man, two mics). Still need to FC it solo, ha. It helped that I heard it like 25 times last friday
- Over 300 bass SRFCs; over 400 total SRFCs.
- Purchased Chinese Democracy (full album) so I can try to finish up that FAFC now. Previous stuff was when I had it on wii.
- I have FCed all 3 songs called "Somebody to Love" on bass

replies:

teej: Yeah I really have been meaning to get on guitar FCs. I could definitely crank out like 200 of those without doing anything remotely difficult, and there are some remotely difficult ones I've been trying to get also.

rich: DUDE LOOK WHAT I DID FOR YOU

suker: Yeah I have a lot of edits. Go figure. If you look at the dates of my FCs though, I don't really focus on RB for long stretches of time, I get a bunch of FCs in a few days and then I don't do much for a week or two. I'm always on SH though :p And more drum FCs may happen after September when I may be living in a ground floor (well, basement) apartment and would feel more comfortable drumming whenever.

Also, you're the only person whose name I don't know or can't call something funny instead of just your SH name. Unless I do know your name and I'm just forgetting it. Also you should play with BSAS, we're getting the band back together

matt: Yeah, we tried that a couple times right? I promise to suck less next time

evan: this is you

d4: I wholeheartedly approve this idea. Anyone who wants to join the competition, look up the number for the Papa John's in Brighton, MA and be sure to pay them by credit card, I'm not letting you send me delivery pizzas if I have to pay myself.
