By the way, it's Blood Sugar Sex Magik. No "J".

Fixed.

IMO Thrasher is harder than Dirty Deeds, but I haven't actually played it (Dirty Deeds). The insanity of the strumming plus the first solo wall of notes is very hard to hit. Hell, the easiest part of the song is a solo.

Dirty Deeds is not hard outside of solo 2, I guarantee that in 30 minutes of practice I could hit solo 1.

This argument has been mentioned in the original post; if more people agree/someone FCs Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (Live) (full song or the 2nd solo alone, it doesn't matter) I may switch those two songs.

I kind of agree about Thrasher being a harder song to FC than Dirty Deeds. Thrasher has been around way longer and still has yet to be FC'd, and I think a lot more people have worked on that than Dirty Deeds. The strum limit also comes into play much more than the 5 notes or so of Dirty Deeds's solo 2. I wouldn't be surprised if Dirty Deeds was done in a few days/weeks, but then again I think any of these songs are FCable by the SH community.

No offense, but Aesthetics of Hate is way harder than LTBR live.

My results on Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (Live) Outro Solo.

I can get 87% on full speed, so someone should be able to hit that. Also the strum limit does not seem to be a major problem in the 5 fast chords. I think it is easier than Thrasher; I'll move it tomorrow.

I'll have to think about this one a little bit...Let There Be Rock (Live) does have 15.4 NPS strumming (faster than Green Grass and High Tides) and a moving trill at the same speed. Aesthetics of Hate has faster strumming but less parts that are hard enough to be chokeable. I'm not sure really...I'll wait for more opinions.

LTBR(L) is definitely harder. It's not just the chokeable part, it's the length that is the biggest obstacle. It's very easy to have a stupid miss because of the stress of playing such a long song, which makes it harder than Aesthetics.

just a really quick, seemingly random question...

you state that the Dirty Deeds second solo has the fastest single strumming section in the game, at 17.?? NPS. I thought I remember hearing that the gallops in The Haunted's DOA verses were faster than that, but nobody cared because they're so easily hit by abusing the timing window.

but I could be totally wrong, and they're slower.

I just wanted clarification, as I always thought those gallops were the fastest strumming.

Upon looking at the chart, the gallops are 48th notes, not 32nds, as the third note of the gallop is just before halfway between the two lines. So just over 21 NPS.

that's what I thought. I thought I had heard they were ~21nps, but I couldn't remember for sure.

So yeah, definately the fastest strumming in any GH/RB game (other than bodhisattva's BRE), IIRC. And damn near fastest anything, strumming or hopos.

No need for a breakdown of the un-FCed bass songs, since there's only one now.

If drums is done, I definitely believe Young Man Blues to be #1, with probably Visions or Good Mourning/Black Friday being #2 (whichever one isn't would probably be #3).

I had decided not to do it anyway; two songs just wasn't enough. There were five (enough for a breakdown), but I knocked out the three easier ones without too much trouble.

I assume that Visions was FCed and that Thrasher is the last bass song left? Someone correct me if it's the other way around.

Yeah, strike got Visions within the past day.
