This could just be me, but I got the PS2 version and I swear the timing for the bass pedal is f'ed on a couple songs. Anybody else notice this?

I had been meaning to comment on this (I play PS2 also).

When I first got the game I started out sightreading through on drums and my initial lag calibration was horrible. I went back and recalibrated a few more times and kept getting the same wrong numbers. So I booted up my RB1 disc to check those settings in hopes of manually correlating them over to the AC/DC disc, but of course there's no obvious way to do that since the settings have different meanings.

Eventually I switched over to guitar, lag calibration still not quite right, and figured a recalibration with the guitar couldn't hurt. Suddenly everything was synched up for both guitar and drums.

So I have a feeling that might have something to do with your problem. If you have a guitar you might try recalibrating with that instead of the drums.

I wouldn't exactly call it ridiculous. I'm nothing special around here and I FCed up to the verse on my sightread, then it only took a couple measures before I was consistently comboing the verses. I mean if you know the tune at all you'd have to expect the charting to look a certain way, and it pretty much did for me.

Bah, don't exagerate. It isn't that hard, I know Rock Band's timing window is a bit punishing, but once you get the thunderstruck intro it's easy, well, at least I found it easy after a couple of runs trying to get FC in the intro.

Guys, sorry for the off topic, but anyone knows if rock band 2 is going to be released in Portugal? I know Rock Band 2's date for Europe is in the 21st of November, but in the last year it wasn't released here in Portugal (Europe), so, has it been confirmed for Portugal?

And can anyone please answer this? *sadface*

Out of sheer curiosity, anyone done the vocals much yet? I've tried Thunderstruck so far (failed out), probably a bad idea. It's not the easiest song to sing and they charted that weird growling they do during the intro. I'm going to try some other songs later, but I was just wondering.

Some guy in Lee's stream was bitching about how it was just a bunch of broken (or at least unreasonably difficult to hit) talkies. Haven't had a chance to try it for myself yet though.

My Band has done the whole AC/DC track and has posted videos of it, this can give you a good idea of how the charts are in a fullband setting. I'd say its a pretty fun pack with some good songs, not sure if is worth $40 but as a normal album DLC definitely. Anyways, enjoy!

So I looked through this thread and didnt see a definitive answer to my question so anyone who knows, if you could enlighten me that would be great.

What are the differences between playing this on disc as opposed to to exporting it to your 360 or ps3? I see that Thunderstruck is different, but which one has the strum in the intro and which on is all HO's. As well is there BNS for both?

If this has been answered, maybe a link to where it was.

Thanks alot
