I do not believe we have seen it yet. Maybe it will come as DLC. :P _________________

Green Grass is hard because it's long. Some people can play the leads no problem, but they tire easily. I'll edit when I finish the guitar solo career. _________________

Green Grass reminds me of Freebird in a sense. It's doable, just a matter of time. None of the songs seem impossible. _________________

I find Timmy and the Lords of the Underworld very hard.
And the guitar solo on Pleasure (Pleasure) is pretty difficult until you figure everything out.
Edit: Plus, you guys, we shouldn't always be looking for another Jordan. I'm pretty sure you're not going to find another song that seems nearly as challenging as Jordan was for a while. _________________

For me it's Ride the Lightning.
Although, I almost made it through the solo...failed about a second before it was over. :/
But someone much better than me could probably FC it. |

From what I've played it's Green Grass, although the song is nothing close to Jordan. It's still much harder than Freebird because the solos are all in one big clump. It's like playing the hardest parts of Freebird for twice as long all at once. With the timing window being very tight, you have very little room for mistakes. The only reason I passed it was because of the solo buttons and overdrive. |

Nothing compares to Jordan. If Jordan was in this game, we'd be fucked due to the extremely small timing window.
I will say that Green Grass was the only song I failed during sightread due to the ridiculous descending scales and the small window. Took a bit of practice.
However, due to the solo buttons, I don't believe we will see a new Jordan for quite a bit. They help a TON during the solos. _________________

Well, on the Bass side of things, I can say that Flirtin with Disaster is probably the hardest Bass I have ever had to play in any of the Guitar games.
My friends that I am in the band with is just slightly better than I am so he usually takes lead while I FC Bass sections on everything, but on FwD I actually had to fire off Overdrive just to keep from failing.
Finally a song on Bass thats a challenge. |

You probably won't see a chart like Jordan in the game. It would take away from the band aspect of it. You don't want to have "random setlist" all of a sudden including a song where whoever picked guitar is going to get absolutely KILLED unless they memorized a minute-long cluster of notes. |

I would venture that it is unlikely to see a single-player challenge like Jordan in a team-based game. What might be more likely is a song that alternates extremely hard short parts for each member of the band.
What songs have the potential to do that? I think you'd have to look to Led Zeppelin, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Rush, and some of the newer prog rock bands. |
