I just got Sick Sick Sick with what I think is the best path and it didn't Gold until the last note of an FC. My score is 160,890, so the cutoff is slightly below that.

Nice! You must have pulled that one off PERFECTLY - it's been in the "presumably impossible to 5GS" level since it first came out. (The mathmatical cut-off was 160,700, so yeah, you just squeaked by there.)

I was a little thrown by that pic for a sec, because I use "Melody" for the name of my guitarist, too.

A little more specific for Maps, I have 84963 for GS and it came on the last hold, I'm pretty sure it was somewhere during 84700.
