Not that I ever update this anymore, but http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WgNtD3566vM shows it's considerably higher than that - but probably a little lower (a hundred or two) from the score currently listed here.

Kawigi has updated his website, adding from the No Doubt week to the Steve Miller week. Good Deal!

So, are all of these cut-offs from sightreads? Is there still no formula out there that brings it close?

If you had the note count for a song, is there a multiplier that will get you close?

Why doesn't Harmonix just put it out there? I don't see why it would be such a secret.

I just gold starred Alive with 197,281. on PS2. I read where PS2 scores might be different so take it for what it's worth. I got a pic if you need it...The stars went gold right before the big rock ending (which I got 3500 or so on, so the cutoff is prolly around 194xxx)

edit: I guess there aren't too many of us with PS2 around here, so I will edit to ask: anyone know much lower the PS2 cutoffs are? just a guesstimate if anyone knows. I am trying to improve my stars and GS so this would be nice to know...

Are you sure this one is accurate?
Quote:
For Those About To Rock [We Salute You] (Live) ..... 5 Star = 185,471 : 5GS = 272,185

I just got 312k on the RB1-disc and I still didnt get gold

EDIT: on Kawigi's site it says 342k is GS (Unpatched RB1) Is 342k even possible for that song?!

I dont think it is unless you FC the whole thing and use OD through ALL the chords

Igot 5GS on the Patched cut-offs but I didnt on Unpatched. So im confused did I do it or not?

i dunno if this still gets updated, but constant motions gold star cut off is wrong.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A9NmlQ9NB48

as you notice, i got gold on the end of the last note, so i'd say gold was within a few ticks of that score.

Edit: looking at the video again, i paused it at the right time, and it looks like the stars are going gold when the score hits 396,476 (i got 396,489)

Kawigi has no Beatles cutoffs yet (although Peridot doesn't either), but all his RB1/RB2 cutoffs are as accurate as cutoffs can possibly be. So use them and stop posting here.

The OP even says to use Kawigi's site and it was last edited in January.

Kawigi says that Constant Motion guitar's cutoff is 396441, by the way.

Yes. And that's also in the OP. I think we are done here.
