I feel ya. I live with 4 women... all between the ages of 19 and 23. I limit certain songs to once every few days... namely
-Who's going home with you tonight
-Time is running out
-Dead on Arrival
-Move Along
-Dirty little secret
Anyways... yay for megadeth! _________________

Peace sells! I've been a die hard GH fan for a long time, but I find myself slowly being drawn to rock band to master some of this amazing DLC. Only thing that could've made this better is if it were Rust in Peace instead. But, that was a much more popular album, and pretty much the pinnacle of old thrash, in my humble opinion, which probably means higher licensing fees. Peace sells kicks very much ass though, and isn't too far behind (with production/lyrics probably dragging it down more than anything). |

My Last Words has 16 NPS strumming on guitar. Talk about the new hardest song in the game to FC. _________________

Holy crap...i've seen the vids for nearly every song, and every one being Tier 9 on guitar, they show NO mercy. Especially in the middle of I Ain't Superstitious...what the hell, it's gay. I plan to get at least one of the songs, though, probably My Conjuring if any. |

This is one of the most kickass DLC's yet. This album is amazing and it was extremely fun playing through it in its entirety on expert guitar. I 4-starred everything sightread, except for the title track which I 5-starred, and Devil's Island which I 3-starred, but was borderlining 4. I barely made it through the first solo in Devil's Island even under overdrive... that is ridiculous. Those triplets are really hard to keep a streak on. The only song I failed was... well, I don't remember which one, but it was one of the songs in the middle of the album and I failed out during the solo at 70-something percent. But I beat it the next run.
Overall, a great album and well worth the price. Tomorrow I'll give expert drums a try. The end of the title track is going to be difficult to beat, and I haven't seen any of the others, so it's going to be a fun experience.
Oh, and HellAshes: That's 16 nps? I noticed it was ridiculously fast and I couldn't ever get past a 2x multiplier on them. I didn't know it was that fast though. :o |
