Aus release Date? European release confirmed 21-23 May

21st May - Germany
22nd May - France
23rd May - UK

Australian release date:

Currently EB has it listed as September..... Major fail.

afaik, and according to every gaming site i came across, it's still an elusive Q1 2008 for europe, and that leads me to believe australia will get the same treatment. Q1 doesn't mean jack shit, i hate such announcements. it could be january as much as april. totally useless. plus, region lock ftl.

and, personally, couldn't care less about localisation. i just want to play the friggin game.

Yea, 1Q 2008 is the best that's been announced so far. Look at the bright side; hopefully the hardware issues will be fixed by the time it gets to you.

March 31st is just the end of Q1, so probably doesn't say much they've just got the latest it can possible be released given the current information.

I'm bumping this thread, it's now been 2 months since the game was released in the states and we still don't have a solid release date for Australia (possibly Europe too, I haven't checked).

According to Wikipedia it's been changed from "Q1 2008" to "TBA 2008".

TBA.

After 2 months.

I can understand that there are hardware issues and whatnot, but surely they know enough to give us at least the month that they're aiming for.

*sigh*

EDIT: Ok I've calmed down a bit. But still, this sucks.

Look stores seem to guess at a april release which puts it in Q2.
Anyway, I already ordered a american xbox360 and RB bundle and hopefully will be here this week or the next.
I can't stand this waiting.
