How do you get the OMB Banners for Rock Band? I'm very sure you can't just play all four instruments at the same time. So how do I do it?

Play them at different times.

This is true.

For clarification, multitasking, such as voxtarring qualifies, as long as you FC both parts in one run.

For more clarification.
Play song once, FC on drums
Play song another time, FC on guitar
Play same song once more, FC on bass
Play same song for the last time, FC on vocals.
