I have just finished the mother, or the ultra version of the checklist.
Changes:
-Checklist for all 4 instruments!
-Optimal overdrive path/usage for all 4 instruments!
-Everything fits into one neat and tidy excel document, now available in both 2007 version and 1997-2003.
-Using sheets, its easy to switch between instruments.
-The checklist now also contains:
>Your current score
>Your current %
>Your current Note Streak
>Any notes you have on the song.

The preview and walkthrough of the document is available on youtube, click here to view it.

^- These four will make it incredibly easy and efficient to take track of your scores and put them right onto scorehero!!

So i've done it, I think this is incredible, and I put a lot of work into it. I am currently not offering any picture download for it, just the full file (Contains all 8 organized in sheets).

For download:

Version 1: Excel 2007
Version 2: Excel 1997-2003

Version one is available for download here:
Click meh!

Version two is available for download here:
Click meh!

That's about it. Took me 11 hours last night, copying scores, looking up paths and whatnot. Hope you enjoy the work I put into it.

--------------------------ORIGINAL POST (v1, v2)-----------------------------

Okay, so here I present a little work of art i've been working on. It is a checklist for drums, so you can track your progress, aswell as be able to see the highscore of the song, and how close your are to those infamous gold stars. The chart is now available in two versions:

V1: For the average drummer. The average drummer can 5* most songs. There are a few songs which he has trouble with. He can gold star some songs. This version has the following:

} Column for 4*
} Column for 5*
} Column for 5G*
} Column for FCs
} The highest score on this song^
} The optimal overdrive path + the correct squeezing for maximum score!

V2: For the better drummer. The better drummer has no problem with a song. He can 5* all but maybe one or two, and can consistently gold star some songs. He is chasing after gold stars and high scores to increase his rank! This version has the following:

} Column for 5*
} Column for 5G*
} The score at which the song is gold starred.
} Column for FCs
} The highest score on this song^
} The optimal overdrive path + the correct squeezing for maximum score.

How do I get this?

I'm offering two ways to get the checklist.

Method one: Through saving as a picture file. I have a link to the image of the checklist, you can save it as a picture file and print it, or edit it using a picture editing program.

Method two: Through a file download via a host. Using filefactory.com, i've hosted the file (an excel file). Following the link provided will take you to the site, which then you can download the file right onto your computer. From there you can edit anything you want to it, change colours, change sizes! It doesn't matter!

Okay, i've got it. Give me it!

Okay so you've got it, and you want it. Here are just a few things though first:

The excel version I used is Microsoft excel 2007. If you have an earlier version of excel, some things in the file might not work. If this is the case and your downloaded version looks nothing like mine, trying the picture download.
^ Indicates the top score on PS3. However, top scores are so close between consoles that it shouldn't make that big of a difference.
I got my information from three places:
> Rock Band official leaderboards (Top scores)
> Here - Optimal overdrive path w/ squeezing
> Here - Gold Star standards.
> *Both versions fit conveniently on one page! Great for printing!*

Without further ado, the files!

V1:

Method one: Picture file: Can be found here.

Method two: File download: Can be found here.

V2:

Method one: Picture file: Can be found here.

Method two: File download: Can be found here.

Thank you very much for your time, I hope this helps you out in keeping track of scores and stats to help better your RB drumming experience!

This looks very helpful. Thanks for the work you put into this.

EDIT: I was just looking at the chart, you have the Pleasure(Pleasure) GS at 13k .

Thank you. If I can get my hands on reliable overdrive paths w/ squeezings aswell as gold stars, i'd be more than happy to make one for dlc too. Not for a little bit though :P

Someone get this man what he wants. Stat.

Seriously though this is a big help for keeping track of my scores. Much neater than my current setup thanks.

Please save the excel file as an older version... users of older versions cannot even open that file. (You can just pick excel 2003/whatever from a drop-down menu when you save)

Excellent work.

Some suggestions:
1. Don't use some obscure font that I don't have for everything. WTF is "Browallia New"? Use one that comes standard with Windows.

2. Don't save your pictures as a JPEG. The compression is terrible.

3. Maybe add a section where you can write down your score, percent, note streak, etc. so that you can just keep track of all of your scores on the sheet and update them all on ScoreHero in one go?

4. Go do this for Guitar.

5. DLC pl0x.

1. Browallia New is the only real legible font that I could use that would allow me to fit the whole thing onto one page.

2. I know, I have been on my own ass trying to get a different file up.

3. I would, except that would make the checklist too large to fit onto on piece of paper, and that would take away the convenience.

4. Tying in to 3, I would be willing to do it for guitar, substituting the overdrive path column with, as you suggested in 3, score, percent, and note streak.

5. Like I said before, as soon as I have reliable data for GS and overdrive paths for DLC, i'd be more than happy to get to working on it.

THanks alot for your input, i'll finally get around to changing the jpeg, and possibly even getting onto the guitar, provided i get a good amount of information.
