i love this pack almost (if not more than) as much as the original rock band. march of the pigs alone makes this fantastic.
thank you harmonix! |

1. It's really easy. I got about 6 FC's on my sightread, and sightread FC's are an extreme rarity to me.
2. Most of the songs are very easy. There are only a couple songs that are even remotely trick (Truckin', Joker and the Thief, We Care A Lot, Move Along, Buddy Holly (the trill's cursed, I tell you!)
3. Move Along's annoying if you're trying to FC it.
4. Practice mode is still borked.
5. The graphics seem to have improved over the main disk.
6. Almost every song has some sort of fun part to it (the exception being We Care A Lot, it's just annoyingly hard.)
Overall, I'd say it's definitely worth the $30. Definitely. [/me goes to protect my first and try to FC the game] | Thanks for the info., I'm getting it either tommorrow or 2 days from today. And, I have a preorder on it from Gamestop... My RB Mag from GI should also be in today or some other day. I'd expect a review from them this time brcause it's soo short. _________________

My only major complaint is that they took the time to change some of the graphics(which has already been mentioned), but didn't take the time to fix the horrible practice mode in PS2. Very annoying. |
Yeah, you can still only have the two speeds, and can only pick sections on slow, but the streak counter is there now :O. |
if by streak counter you mean the 4x multipler, the PS2 practice mode had that as well.
if by streak counter you mean "100 note streak" or "200 note streak" then i wonder why they would put that in there. |

It never had it before I don't believe. And yeah, I'm talking about the 4x streak, and again, I'm pretty sure it didn't have it in there, but I may be wrong. Also, they fixed talkies in the PS2. Don't know if I posted that before or not, but I can't hit the talky in The Kill for the life of me. _________________

Practice mode definitely tracks multiplier on PS2 Rock Band. |

Yeah, it looks like they shortened the timing window. It sucks. |

Thanks for the score tracking. One small note: March of the Pigs is out of order alphabetically. It should be before Moonage Daydream, not after Move Along. |

Despite already having DLC on 360 (and PS3), I would have been very happy if the track pack was available for the 360/PS3 because i have RB for the PS2 but now I have 360. This would prevent me from buying RB all over again...oh well.
Great idea from HMX! |

I just got this today, and the songs on here are awesome. I'm not going to complain, b/c at least Harmonix was thinking for the peeps with ps2 & wii. Congrats to Harmonix on that part. I love Joker & The Thief and of course the modern day songs like all the small things, and move along!! |

Hell, I'm just glad they threw us a bone. It's worth sacrificing DLC for brawl, mario galaxy, and metroid prime, All my virtual console games, and all the classic gamecube games, like Melee, 4 Swords adventures, SA: DX, DIrector's cut (Not as good as the DC version, but still) Sonic Adventure 2, and more. I must ask, why 2 emo songs? wasn't 1 enoguh? Dead on arrival? I;m still glad with more than a feeling, siva, Joker and the theif, Not too much on Truckin, but has its moments, Sometimes Buddy holly, (EEEEEEeeeyyyy!) And all the small things. It's half worth it. _________________
