Rock Band updating problem

ok so i was downloading the update for rock band and i accidently pressed the xbox quide button.....knocked me back to the dashboard
so i went back to rock band to download it again but right when it gets the the screen to download it, it says that it cant apply the patch if this keeps happeneing go to www.xbox.com/support
can anyone help me with this?

and also anyone know something to do to help peeling skin from a sunburn

Have you tried going to xbox.com/support
Maybe there is a live help chat or a number you can call for assistance.

Have you tried Y, X, X, LB, RB, X, X on the "System" blade? That should offer you the choice to delete all patches (including the one that's half applied)

And aloe vera is your friend when you have sunburn
