Well, I didn't expect 1up to place 1st. I knew IGN wouldn't be anywhere near the top, though.

Same here. Their bass player is just a little retarded.

Ouch... the singer really hurt Gamespy's score. They got first and second on every other instrument, but lost by 50k points on vocals

Aw, no SH representation?

Of course, we'd win automatically. Because we have the will of the warrior!

I said this in the other thread -- I tried singing Epic later on for fun and got 181k on my Hard sightread, which would have destroyed the other scores. So in my own fantasy world, where I can play all four instruments at once, we're way out in the lead.

The 1v1s for the first round were all on Hard. For the later rounds, where everyone will be playing as a band, everyone can choose whatever skill level they like.

Also, I imagine these scores won't really hold up over the long run. We're going to be doing four songs as a band next week, and scores can often range anywhere from 300,000-800,000. (we've put up over a million on some songs already.) A 100k spread can easily be made up in a single song, so even the bands in last place are totally in the mix.
