Can you the the ESL single player? If so how?

Yes, but you have to sing and play either drums, guitar or bass at the same time.

I think it is kinda dumb that you can't play the endless setlist single-player (1 instrument). I understand that the game is geared toward multiplayer but obviously solo play is important too. I'm sure it wouldn't have been a big deal to make it available.

I have no friends

I agree...none of my friends are very good at rhythm games, so I wish BWT was soo too

I have lots of friends to play with me, so I'll probably end up having like 3 seperate bands. I doubt we'll ever do the endless setlist though.

if you get the 40 giger you can't play any ps2 games on it. I found out the hard way. pretty sure that the 80 gigger will play most and even make the graphics better

or youll end up buying rock band again

80 gig is the way to go... I have not found a ps2 game that is not compatible with it... and it has 4 USP slots. however the 40 gig is not backwards compatible at all.

This sounds just fine to me, because I can guarantee that as soon as I open this box up November 23rd, I'm playing it straight through.

About six and a half hours with no breaks. Likely seven or more if you take any breaks.

I did it last night without breaks and it took closer to 6:10.
