Ok... the last time I had to RMA my drum set was right before they changed the warranty to the 60-day service.
I used the express and my dad let me use his credit card for it since I still don't have one of my own...
Anyway... I just found out from him that they charged him $25 even though I sent my drum set back and everything.
Has this happened to anyone else and is there a way to resolve it? _________________

Are you saying that you got a drum set for 25$?
Here when I rmaed my guitar, it would've been a 125$ charge if I didnt return it in time |

Yes, I payed $25 for the drum set but I shouldn't have at all.
I returned the old one to them so it should've been free of charge since it was before the first warranty change. _________________

Just so you know, that is often the solution to similar problems in life. Before you ask an internet forum. |

Thanks for reminding me about this. About 2 weeks ago I got an e-mail from them about having to return drums that I never received because I never did receipt verification. I "updated" the "question" on the support site...
"Just got an email asking me to return drums I never received. I didn't do
the receipt verification because I have no receipt for the drums so I never
got any drums so go ahead and get rid of this BS because if you charge me
for drums I never received I will not be pleased."
They responded...
Zack,
You will not be charged if the status is still in Receipt Pending. I will
rest the account for you.
Thank you,

And now I just checked since you posted this and sure enough, credit card was still charged. So I "updated" the "question" once again...
"Yep. Still got charged. As expected. Morons. Go ahead and take it off.
Thanks."
I'm sure I'll still have to call their dumb asses but I want to see what these retards say. |
