From what I've seen, I don't really think any are that fun. I got debaser because the drums are fun, but I'm a guitar/bass player more than drums, so I didn't get any for guitar. Just debaser for drums which is a fun song. This is the only one I would suggest.
Have 1st on Debaser Guitar!!!! Squeeze victory _________________

I bought the Weezer pack last night, interestingly enough it wasn't available in the in-game Music Store, I had to goto the Xbox Live Marketplace. I'm not sure if this is usual practice as I've only had the game a week.
I played "The Greatest Man That Ever Lived" before leaving for work this morning, and there are are huge sections of non-guitar playing. Am interested to see how it goes full band. _________________

The full albums have never really been for the "fun to play" value of the songs (Although many songs are fun), but more for the nostalgia value. You know, the fun that comes in being able to play through an entire classic album, whether the charts are great or not.
I pretty much buy any songs that I really like outside of rock band, whether or not they look fun to play.
I understand that some people will pass over good-to-listen-to songs if they don't look that fun to play, but I have fun just "participating" in some of my favorite songs. Isn't that sort of the point of the game?
Like The Greatest Man That Ever Lived. Other than vox, it doesn't look too interesting on any instrument. But I don't care. I still love the song, so I bought it no questions. |

This really appears to be a vocalists' week. The Pixies album, apparently, has a heavy focus on vocals (I haven't gotten it yet). The Greatest Man That Ever Lived has periods of time where there are no guitar, drums, and bass (not always at once), but once the vocals start, they don't stop until the end. It also is quite varied on vocals, and very fun to sing. Troublemaker is very easy, but its still catchy and fun. It is in Tier 1, and I almost got a sightread FC despite not knowing the song well. I haven't sung Dreamin' yet, but I imagine everything that applied to Troublemaker will apply there too.
So vocalists, enjoy your week! You may not get another great one in awhile. _________________

Oh, Carungi did already. Woo. Now I can go back to sleep. Worked from 2PM to midnight yesterday and then these videos took me till 5AM to do...
But IMO at least, weakest album so far. Heavy, heavy focus on vocals, the least played instrument. |
Weakest album so far by a long way on Guitar - IMO
The album is good, great infact - to listen to. I think it's far too "arty" for the most part to fit into a rhythm game, too much silence and talky bits - I found at least half the songs quite dull on X guitar - with a couple of exceptions. _________________

Sig'd
Also I gotta say as a guitarist I was dissappointed. But I will be getting Greatest Man That Ever lived to play in full bands. |

agreed this was truly a vocalists week as last week was more or less a drummer week despite afterlife, either way the weezer pack seemed to interest me the most, however, some of the pixies song looked fun to play on vocals even though they were short [ex. mr grieves or debaser]
all and all it wasnt a HORRIBLE week it was just that the note chart lacked a bit if anything |
